Every Journey Matters. Every Voice Matters.
Help commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Immigration Act, 1976 by sharing your story, memories, photographs, artwork, heirlooms, or testimonies. Together, these stories help preserve Canada’s immigration heritage for future generations.

FROM MANY JOURNEYS,
ONE SHARED HERITAGE
The history of immigration is not only found in government records and official documents—it lives in the experiences of individuals, families, and communities.
Every photograph, family heirloom, personal memory, and story contributes to a richer understanding of Canada’s past and present. Whether your family’s journey began generations ago or more recently, your experiences are an important part of our shared heritage.
By participating in this project, you help preserve stories that might otherwise be lost and ensure that future generations can learn from the journeys, challenges, achievements, and contributions of immigrants across Canada.
